Anyone who has ever owned a T-shirt has had a favourite one that has stood out as the best shirt they’ve ever owned. It made them feel better, smarter and more at ease when they wore it. But what made it so fantastic? The secret is in the fabric.
All 38 B&C Collection T-shirts are made of RING-SPUN cotton, which is softer and smoother, both inside and out. Why settle for poor quality when you can have the retail look and feel? 100% ring-spun cotton fabric screen-prints better, heat transfers better, embroiders better and wears better.
OPEN-ENDED YARN
Bulky, fuzzy, uneven knit
With fewer fibres than ring-spun cotton, carded fibres are blown together, resulting in a loosely bound, thicker yarn. Open-ended yarns often result in fabric with a rough hand.
RING-SPUN YARN
Finer, smoother, consistent knit
The finer fibres are tightly twisted together, which results in a stronger, cable-like yarn. Ring-spun yarns ultimately yield a smoother, more durable fabric.
All our T-shirts use pre-shrunk fabric, because we know you want your favourite T-shirt to keep its original shape and to last. All our T-shirts are dyed following a strongly controlled process, to ensure colour fastness, because you don’t want your favourite T-shirt to fade out.
All our fabrics are carefully chosen. They must be durable, comfortable, soft and with premium printability. To ensure this premium quality level, we run Quality Controls on a daily basis, directly managed by the B&C team in the factories, helped by the fact that we based one of our offices in Asia.
